You agree to provide current, complete, true and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store/ Service. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, billing adress and shipping information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If you purchase something from our Site or Service, you warrant that your billing information is correct. You warrant that you have the legal rights to use the creditcard you use or any other payment method. The information submitted, can be transferred to a third party in order to complete the purchase. Fees are payable in advance. Unless stipulated otherwise, payments are monthly. The service will be provided to you from the moment you have created an account and made the payment that involves the completion of the account. Only when the fees are payed, the service will be automaticly renewed. If you choose to terminate the service, you’ll have access to your account untill the end of the term payed for. You will not have a refund.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
